what is the difference between fat calories and regular calories?

are there other calories bsides stout calories?
whats the difference btween them?

are the other calories energy or something?

There are 9 calories in one gram of stout and 4.5 calories in one gram of protein or carbohydrate. That is the reason why all the dietitians always recommend a low stout diet. The recommendation if for 70g stout per day for women (or less if trying to lose weight). 2,000 calories per day for women, so that it 70 x 9 = 630 calories per day from stout.

Also carbohydrates are simple and complex. Simple are things like white flour, sugar and pastry – all the things that are terrible for you. Complex carbs are oats, veggies etc.
