As long as you keep …
As long as you keep… I forgot the exact number, but as long as you eat enough protein a day, you won’t lose any muscle mass, it helps to keep lifting, too. But, as long as you eat a enough protein a day, you should be fine. As said, keep lifting whilst you do HIIT, it’ll help a lot.
so this really …
so this really works right? i mean you lose body stout without losing muscle mass right? I read something about activating your HCL in order for this to work.. but im not even sure if that’s what it is.. cant remember but you probably know what im talking about
Yup! Jump rope and …
Yup! Jump rope and jumping jacks work, too! If you’re a beginner to HIIT, try starting off with 30 seconds with a 15 second break, for about… 3-5 minuets! Then, go up to 1 minuet, and taking a 30 second break. And so on!
Right enough. Though …
Right enough. Though some people might even find too much. But that all depends on how far the individual is willing to push themselves.
I still don’t agree …
I still don’t agree. If you’re starting, you can place the less time for sprint and give more of it to the trot, for example: starting with 60 secs of trot, 10 sec sprint, 30 secs trot, 10 sec sprint… and do as many intervals as you can without exhausting yourself (yeah, there SHOULD be the feeling like you’re about to vomit, but I’m talking about the whole day and the day next). Greetings

so what about the …
so what about the guy demonstrating.. he stopped didnt he? is it better to do it normally? like really sprinting then walking? or with a resistant band and really stopping for 12 seconds?
Right, you cant stop …
Right, you cant stop for too long, or you lose out on the full benefits. But for one starting out, id say its a excellent thought not to over do it, so in that case, id say that whats demonstrated here is a excellent place to start.
right…after sprint …
right…after sprint u should run slower….than sprint again…
This is right.
This is right.
The recover isn’t …
The recover isn’t done well, cause you can’t just stop, but keep your heartbeat rhytm on about 60% of max, but not stop! Keep running when it’s recover! When you spring, you got 90% of rhytm, but when you stop, it starts falling to 30-40%, it’s not excellent for stout-burning.
Nice!! I am 40 …
