All of this is bullshit… This isn’t the best exercise just because it may use the whole muscle mass in your body. Why not try swimming then? That really uses every muscle and it’s proven. The best, fastest and nearly ONLY way to lose stout really quick is by changing your diet, it’s a proven fact by every honest coach there is, the rest of them are just idiots, liars and cheats – specifically those that get a percentage of every product the sell to you.
