What food products would help with fat burning?

I’m in a process of losing excess weight. I dance 3-4 hours a day with a dance pad and jog 45 minutes daily. My goal is to shake off stout, not really tone my muscles. What would you recommend for food? What food products did you find successful? Preferably something that would increase the stout burning. Please no links to dieting-sites since I am interested in just selecting the best products from my grocery store. I am not interested in pills, books, concoctions, equipment or any other way losing my money.

You can eat salads, lean meat, fish, fruit, frozen veggies, drink lots of water, chicken, soup, protein shakes (low stout, low calorie ones), drink a glass of red wine per day, **yogurt is really excellent*,

Try and cut out salty things, WHITE breads, pop and alcohol besides wine
