I used to do some heavy work out for a excellent hour and a half and never got sore the next day because I did a excellent 10 minutes of stretching afterward.

I did this vid w/ my belly dance teacher yesterday & my calves are killin’ me today. Tis a really, really tough workout, don’t kid yourself, it looks simple but you’ll feel it tomorow!

gah I cannot get past the jumps! I’m excellent with everything up to the “jump jump twist jump twist” part. and then I can’t do it anymore. strength i have. stamina, not so much. I’m taking a dance class right now, so hopefully by the end of the year I’ll be able to pull through.

oh right, cos i find those jumps really hard to do. do they reduce stout from the thighs or something? ohhh the shimmies are hard too lol are u like a professional dancer?

yes, i can do those jumps, that is really one of the simplest things, but i can’t do shimmy shoulders. I can do those jumps because I dance a lot with my legs. I can’t do shimmy shoulders, cos my back is stuck and I am not used to coordinate my muscles in that area.
