Quick Fat Burning Kettlebell Workout

Those push ups are from being pregnant with a huge baby and then 2 C-section in 2 years. I have finally been able to fix myself. But I was trained to keep my abs so tight that my huge pregnant belly wouldn’t touch the ground. Incredible how the body takes awhile to rewire itself! Will post more soon!

Wow, if you’re 110lbs then how tall are you? Cause you look pretty tall. BTW I got your DVD and the 18lb kettlebell. I LIKE IT. My favorite thing to do is the the swings, and switch the kettlebell from arm to arm.

Hardly! Swings are majority coming from the power of the hips. You really shouldn’t feel it much in your arms or shoulder. For example I am 110 pounds and can easily swing a 70 pound bell, only because the power is coming from my hips.
