I found a burner protein, I reckon the company is called Nutriblendz or something like that. They do have a burner protein that is pretty yummy. Hope this helps.

Eat things with Ginger in it or eat ginger by itself

Take green tea pills, take Cayenne pepper pills (wouldn’t take if you get an upset stomach easily)

Take Fish oil pills (Omega-3)

All these things help your metabolism naturally

Protein powders do not burn stout! They are used by people you are trying to gain muscle, which they do help with if you are eating enough and exercising hard.

If you are trying to lose stout they can even be detrimental. If your body is not craving protein to build muscle you’ll be training your body to get it’s energy from protein, meaning if you don’t eat properly your body could start breaking down it’s own protein – your muscle!

The best thing for stout burning is…,.

Eat more Vegetables.

Protein shakes can make you stout if you have no thought how and when they should be used!

There’s no such thing as a stout burning powder.

Vince, do you have any details/Facts/solutions for stretch marks? I have A TON of them because I started working out intensely when I was like 16-17…I am now 23 and I still have them. HEAVY stretch marks. Arms/Shoulders/Chest Area, front and back, hips even one on my knee! yuck.

ANY solutions at all? I still train hard but I despise stretch marks man. So far NO SOLUTIONS, Ive spent $100’s on creams and s***. And apparently no surgery is possible on these areas (chest/arm etc).

What’s the deal ?
