When counting calories do you add fat calories and calories?
Some food marks have calories and stout calories. Do I add these together to get my daily calorie intake?

Whats the differance between calories and stout calories? When on a diet do you still add all the calories or just the stout calories? Also lets say that I eat 2350 calories but I burned off 350 calories so that I am back at 2000 calories would that make it okay? Is it okay to end up with 2000 calories at the end of the day or should I be lower?

Does it matter if you work out in the fat burning heart rate zone or cardio zone at the gym?
Lets say that I burn 2500 calories a day through activities and I eat only 2000 calories a day, shouldn’t I be burning 500 calories of stout a day, no matter if I work out in the stout burning zone or the cardio zone?
