Chicken Stirfry Recipe (Low Calorie)

These are the ingredients I used.

5 chicken breasts
1 whole onion
6 tablespoons of corn starch
6 tablespoons low sodium soysauce (4 in the mixing of the chicken and then 2 in the pan while cooking)
2 teaspoons of ginger
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 cup of water
1 chicken bouillon cube (low sodium)
5 cups of broccoli normandy

Tues 01/19 WLL … Replacement Meals – Favorites for Fewers Calories!

Hey my darling viewers~!! Here’s how you get the same taste with fewer calories (sounds like a commercial, right?) but honestly, replace ***some*** of the meat in your dishes with veggies and you can cut down. REMEMBER::: if you eat your modified dishes more often, you’ll eventually develop a taste for them and WANT to eat them more :) baby, steps, ladies and gents. Recipes below:
